These events include:

1. Prepare the place that made it happen.

  • Promotional cubes : Advertising cubes featuring the company logo and the "Cool Your Summer" event, distributed in various locations.
  • Modern session : Modern sofa set, sufficient for the number of employees, with all the decorations and accessories.
  • Eid decorations : A beautiful summer decor for the place, consisting of a group of (flamingos, swimming floats, roses, and trees).
  • Voiceover : A sound system "speakers" distributed throughout the event areas with a sound engineer

2 Accompanying events

  • calligrapher : A Saudi calligrapher writes the names of employees in Ruq'ah script.
  • cartoonist : A cartoonist draws employees in a fun and comical way on A3 paper with the company logo.
  • Photography corner : A fully equipped photo booth with Eid ID for employee photography and instant printing.
  • Agility player : A magician performs a card game in front of an audience, and some of the "employees" participate in the show.

3 Eid hospitality

  • Popular Eid breakfast : Eid breakfast includes a variety of popular Saudi dishes.
